Payment Process

OC Delegation will send Application Result via email within 48 hours of your submission.

Complete Payment

If you pass the application round, transfer your delegation fee within 48 hours of receiving the result.

Payment Verification

Wait for payment confirmation from OC.

Please contact your Local OCP OCIP if you haven't received any confirmation after 24 hours.

Screenshot the transaction and send to your LC/OE’s OCP OCIP as evidence.

Late Payment Policy

For delegates who submit the fee after the payment deadline (48 hours after receiving the Result Email):

If you fail to meet the payment deadline

You will receive Late Payment Announcement from OC Delegation.

Delegates must submit this late payment to MC’s Bank Account.
- 500.000 VND/delegate for the delegation fee.
- 100.000 VND/delegate for the merchandise fee.

If you fail to meet the deadline

Your LC/OE has to submit 100% of delegate’s late payment fine to the MC’s bank account within 48h from receiving the [Urgent] LC/OE Late Payment Email from OC.

Cancellation Policy

The delegates will be eligible for refund only after signing the Invoice Adjustment Agreement

⚠ Important Note

If the delegate has not submitted the conference fee yet, you will still have to submit the cancellation fee.

If you are charged a cancellation fee, you must submit this fee no later than 2 days after receiving confirmation from OC.

If you fail to meet deadline, you have to submit 100% of the delegation fee within the next 2 days.

If you fail the 2nd deadline, your LC/OE has to submit 100% of delegate’s cancellation fee to the MC’s bank.

Delegate Substitution

If for some reason you have to cancel your registration but you are able to find another person to substitute for your place, you shall not be charged any cancellation fee.

⚠ Important Note

Your request is only accepted when you have submitted the delegate fee.

The deadline for substitution is 15/07/2026.

Attending Without Delegation Fee

⚠ WARNING

Attending IGNITE 2026 without a delegation fee is strictly prohibited,except for the conference team (OC, Faci team, Chair, and other special cases with acceptance from OC IGNITE).

Any person attending IGNITE conference without a delegation fee will NOT be provided with all IGNITE delegates' experience and benefits, including accessing delegate activities, attending any single session, and digital goodies.

People who violate the policy will be charged Full delgate fee per violator .

Also, the LC’s violator will be charged 1.000.000 VND per violator and membership judgment.

The violator list will be sent by OC IGNITE within 3 days after IGNITE. The LCVP FnL has to submit this penalty within 5 days as soon as receiving the violator list.
